Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7days of receiving the order.

  • Some items, such as perishable goods and personal care products, may not be eligible for return.

2. Return Process

  • Customers must contact our support team to initiate a return.

  • A return authorization and instructions will be provided.

  • Items must be returned to the designated address provided by Terlo Market.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

  • Exchanges may be offered if the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping fees for returns may apply unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Customers must report damaged or defective items within 2 day's of delivery.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund upon verification of the claim.
